Attention! vB 4.0.2 CAN NOT EMAIL!

Another bug has been found in the latest release of vBulletin.

Both vBulletin 4.0.2 and vBulletin 4.0.2 PL1 can not send any emails. Is there any way to fix this? I know its not a server problem relating to my site because I can send and receive email perfectly using this email form separate to vB but on the same server.

I and other people do recommend that you update to vB 4.0.2 PL1 as that fixes the security issue but it has a drawback of NO EMAILING. The next update of vBulletin should fix this bug.

On my site I use cPanel on a Apache server. If you want to ask me for the site that I am running then please PM me for it. I can not publicly announce my site here due to the forum rules.
